All rooms have a water view, private balcony, whirlpool, gas fireplace, private bath, one queen-size or king-size bed, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, telephone, refrigerator, TV/DVD/CD player, hair dryer and an interior door leading to the lobby. Harbor House rooms & balconies have a view of the harbor through a stand of pine and birch trees. Zahn House rooms & balconies have a completely open view to the water. Harbor House rooms have satellite TV, Zahn House rooms have a limited selection of local TV stations. All guests enjoy a homemade continental breakfast served from 8:00 - 10:00 A.M. daily in the lobbies of each building, our bottomless jar of homemade cherry oatmeal cookies, complimentary use of high speed wireless internet, DVD movie library, kayaks and bikes in summer, sleds and snowshoes in winter.

Reservations

Stays that include Saturday carry a two night minimum on weekends from mid-May to mid-November, as well as New Year's Eve, Valentine's weekend and Thanksgiving weekend. Labor day and Columbus Day weekends carry a three night minimum stay. Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover are accepted as payment.

Groups are restricted to smaller ones needing no more than 3 of the Inn's total 15 guestrooms. Likewise, in order to preserve the unique & restful environment for all guests of the Inn, we do not book weddings and group events nor do we allow children.

Guests will be charged for the equivalent of one night's stay for reservations cancelled within 14 days of the date of arrival unless we are able to re-rent the room.

Room rates do not include 11% state & local taxes. Check in after 3:30 P.M. Check out before 11:00 A.M. (Please advise us if you expect to check in after 9:00 P.M.) Esme, our dog in residence, is confined to the office and guest pets are not allowed on the property.
