Eats

Chives: A ten minute walk from the inn, Chives’ menu is bursting with seasonal, locally sourced farm-to-table americana. Our favorite fine dining restaurant in town!

Cornerstone Pub: Just one block away from the inn, this classic Wisconsin pub is your best bet for cold beer, hot cheese curds, and some camaraderie on game night. Head there on Sunday in particular for the broasted chicken dinner special.

Sway Brewing: Two blocks away, Sway brews the best beer in the county, with an incredible bakery in the morning and a knock-your-socks-off light dinner menu in the evening. Make sure to get there on a Friday night for the perch fry special!

Inland: A five minute walk away, Inland will blow you away with their sourdough pizza, low ABV cocktails, and artful appetizers.

Roost & Banter: Another five minute walk away, this cozy cafe serves piping hot drinks, sandwiches and soups, and amazing bakery.

Harbor Fish Market & Grille: Right down the street from the inn, Harbor Fish Market is the place to go for a traditional sit-down breakfast in town. Seafood focused with a delicious drink menu, be sure to snag an outdoor table for lakeside dining if you can.

The Glidden Lodge: This is the classic, undiluted Wisconsin supper club experience. Situated on the lakefront south of Jacksonport, if you’ve got voluminous cocktails, ice cream drinks, fish specials, steaks, or a salad bar on the mind, then the Glidden Lodge is the restaurant for you.

A Little Bit of Coffee: This well hidden Jacksonport gem is a sleeper hit. Most of the week it’s a cafe, but on tapas nights they have the best small plates for many miles.

White Gull Inn: This beautiful, historic bed and breakfast in Fish Creek has the best breakfast around, and also happens to be our favorite fish boil.

Barringer’s: Excellent, East Coast inspired fine dining in Fish Creek. Their cocktails, seafood, steaks, and generous sides are sure to leave you satisfied.

Shiny Moon Cafe: Located on the top floor of the historic Fish Creek Market building, this stylish cafe offers comfort food, fantastic drinks, and an ever-rotating display of local art.

Good Eggs: A local favorite, Good Eggs turns out killer breakfast burritos in Ephraim.

Bad Moravian: One of the most carefully curated wine and beer lists we’ve ever seen, paired with life-changingly good Detroit style pizza. You can’t go wrong here, just make sure they’re actually open before heading to this Ephraim eatery.

Thyme: Offering up delicious food and small plates in Sister Bay, Thyme is lovely for those seeking locally sourced, veggie forward dining.

The Waterfront: You won’t find fine dining with a better sunset view anywhere on the peninsula. This Sister Bay classic plates up entrees every bit as delicious as the view.

Fat Belly: Laser focused on sushi, ramen, and poke, Fat Belly in Sister Bay is our fave for Asian inspired cuisine.

Roots: Veggie and vegan forward food, a thoughtfully crafted beer and wine list, and great vibes in Sister Bay. Don’t miss out on the pop-up nights when it turns into Lola’s Kitchen and serves up incredible Filipino dishes!

Al Johnson's: Hey, we know you’ve already heard of this one, but the list wouldn’t be complete without it. Goats on the roof, Swedish meatballs, and lingonberry jam, what more is there to say about this Sister Bay institution?

Della Porta/La Piazza: When you crave traditional Italian fine dining, this is the spot up in Ellison Bay. Check out La Piazza as well, their sister restaurant just outside featuring Neapolitan pizza.

The Shoreline: Located in Gills Rock at the tip of the peninsula, the Shoreline has one of the best lake views of any restaurant in the county and also makes a mean margarita.

AC Tap: Look, it ain’t fancy, but the Tap fries up some of our favorite bar food, and the kitchen is open late! Ask about the wimpy burgers and corn nuggets, just trust us on this one.
